Active ingredients in the oil:
Black seed oil – contains vitamins A, C, E and B vitamins (including biotin), antioxidants, unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3, 6 and 9), sterols, beta-carotene, folic acid and minerals (including sulfur and copper). Inhibits hair loss, accelerates and intensifies hair growth, prolongs the anagen phase, promotes regeneration. Improves the condition of strands, nourishes them, strengthens them and protects them from damage. Slows down the greying process and has an anti-aging effect. Soothes scalp irritation, has anti-dandruff, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties and restores the normal pH of the scalp. It improves the condition of hair follicles and prevents split ends.
Avocado oil – contains monounsaturated fatty acids (as much as about 71.5%), polyunsaturated and saturated, vitamins A, E, D, F, K and B group vitamins (including biotin), minerals (including potassium, zinc, manganese, iron, magnesium), amino acids, tocopherols and carotenoids. It has a moisturizing effect, improves the hydrolipidic barrier of the skin and hair, regenerates, nourishes and protects strands from damage. It closes hair scales, smooths, shines and makes strands bouncy. It has anti-aging properties, revitalizes hair, reduces breakage and hair loss, and makes them easier to style.
Emollients:
Caprylic Triglyceride – oily emollient made from coconut oil; has softening and shining properties, protects hair from damage and penetration of harmful substances into its structure.
Isoamyl Cocoate – a dry emollient made from coconut oil and beet; it is good for the appearance of hair, making it supple and silky smooth.
Diheptyl Succinate – a light emollient made from castor oil; has shine and protective properties similar to silicones.
Capryloyl Glycerin/Sebacic Acid Copolymer – emollient made from castor oil and coconut oil; conditions hair and acts as a natural silicone.
How to use black seed and avocado oil?
Bioélixire’s nigella and avocado oil works perfectly as:
Oiling your hair – apply a generous amount of oil to your hair, so that it is covered with it thoroughly, but not dripping with it. You can also apply it to the scalp. After a minimum of 30 minutes or after it is completely absorbed, wash your head with shampoo. If you have trouble washing it off, emulsify it with a hair conditioner.
Addition to shampoos, conditioners and masks – pour a few drops of oil into the cosmetic you are currently using to improve their shining, protecting and nourishing properties, as well as make it easier to comb your hair after washing.
A way to deeply nourish your hair, accelerate its regeneration and provide optimal hydration – just apply a larger amount of oil to the strands along their length, wait about 5 minutes, and then shampoo your head.
